This is our second time using Kathi for our mortgage, the first time she worked with us for over a year to get our credit where it needed to be for our first home. So when we decided to buy again, choosing her was a no brainer. This time around she got us our preapproval quick, so we would could make a competitive offer in this market. Her team was great through the entire process as well. Prompt replies to emails from everyone, communication was great. The only delay we experienced was waiting for the VA appraisal, which was no one’s fault but the VA. We had to extend our contract because of that, but in the end we actually requested to move closing up a few days and as always her office delivered! We will be customers for life!

Kathi was great throughout our entire buying process. To start, she was there to counsel my Husband and I on our credit.... for over a YEAR! Providing expert advice on what we needed to do in order to get our credit in the right place. And all of her advice paid off. Once we were finally at our magic numbers ( credit wise ) she immediately started our mortgage application, and provided me a detailed list of everything we’d need document wise. Within 2 days of submitting all of our documentation we had our preapproval letter and were able to start looking at houses. Before we found the home we wanted, Kathi was already communicating with our underwriter, smoothing our Any bumps in our loan before they becamw a problem.When we finally found the house we wanted Kathi got to work straight away. There were some hurdles in our journey and we didnt close on time but this had nothing to do with Kathi or her partners. Our set backs stemmed from appraisal issues, as can sometimes be expected with a VA loan. Throughout the whole process Kathi was quick to respond to emails ( usually within an hour ) and answered all of my numerous questions professionally without making me feel like a burden. We finally closed 1 week ago, and we couldn’t be happier. All of our final numbers and contracts were as promised with no surprises. Kathi is truly the reason we are home owners today and we will go to her from now on for all of our mortgage needs!
